Open to all actuarial or risk consulting businesses servicing clients in the MENA region. Judges will be looking for companies whose customers hold in high regarding their loss reserving, risk modelling, business planning, forecasting and the development of early warning systems. The following will also be considered:

Audit Service Provider
Open to all auditing and accounting businesses servicing clients in the MENA region. Entrants will be judged on their ability to deliver efficiency in key areas such as tax reporting and auditing. The following will also be considered:

- Corporate governance/leadership

Broker/Distributor of the Year
Open to all brokerages/distributors operating in the MENA region. This award will reward a brokerage/distributor that has demonstrated excellent service while meeting a client’s specific needs. The broker/distributor must have demonstrated proven track record of business growth and should be an industry leader in broking and customer service. Entrants will be judged on the following:

Claims Manager / Loss Adjuster
Open to any claims management & loss adjusting firms or claims handling division of a business dealing with MENA-based clients. Judges will look for the following high-quality services given to claimants. The following will also be considered:

Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year
This category will be judged on the performance of the insurer relative to its size and scope of business, as well as its achievement of business objectives, market profile and customer satisfaction. We welcome submissions from insurers of all size, providing cover in lines of commercial insurance.
Cyber Insurance Company of the Year
This category recognises the standout performer specialising in cyber insurance in the MENA region over the past year. The category is open to re/insurers and brokers. The judges will be looking for a company that has shown robust industry knowledge and excellent customer service.

This category recognises an emerging talent in the MENA insurance industry who has demonstrated exceptional potential, innovation, and commitment to shaping the future of the sector.

The judges will award the insurer who really stands out from the rest, particularly in this highly competitive line of business.
